All items EXCEPT private label items and bulk orders (such as B2B orders and wedding/corporate favours) may be eligible for a refund/exchange if the unsatisfied and/or defective product is returned to us within seven (7) calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please first contact us at email@example.com to record your return and to opt for either a refund or exchange prior to returning the item to us.
We take care to ensure that our items are in good condition prior to shipment/delivery. Items which are damaged during the shipment/delivery process are not eligible for refund/exchange. In such event, please contact us and we will try to assist you as much as we can.
Refund / Exchange
Once we receive your item, an inspection would be conducted and we would notify you upon receipt of your returned item. We would then notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item within 5 business days.
If your return is approved, we will process and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For exchanges (subject to availability), we will process the new item in accordance to our order processing time and deliver the new item in accordance to our shipping policy and to the same address which the returned item was previously delivered.
Depending on the card issuer and/or payment provider policies, you may receive the refund in accordance to their processing timelines. Please contact your bank to check.
Discounts and/or vouchers used in the purchase would not refunded. All eligible refunds are based on the actual amount paid less the costs of shipping and delivery.
Shipping / Delivery
Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and delivery will be deducted from your refund.
You are also responsible for the cost of your own shipping and delivery for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For exchanges, you are responsible to pay for the shipping and delivery costs for returning your item. However, we would bear the shipping and delivery costs for the new item.
