Throughout the Website, the terms "bath foundry", “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Captivade Pte. Ltd. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy

General Shipment Processing Time

All confirmed orders (except bulk orders such as B2B orders and wedding/corporate favours) are generally processed within 2-5 business days (subject to availability of ingredients).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, whatsapp or telephone.

If any delay is expected due to the shortage of ingredients or operational reasons, we would inform you and seek your instructions prior to confirming your order. Please review our Returns Policy for details.

For bulk orders (including B2B orders and wedding/corporate favours), orders must be made at least 30 days in advance.

 

General Shipping Rates & Delivery Time Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment method / Estimated delivery time / Shipment cost (per trip)

Ordinary Mail: 3-5 business days after order acceptance / No tracking / $1.20

SmartPac: 2-4 business days after order acceptance/ $3.20

Standard Courier: 1-3 business days after order acceptance / $5.00

Weekend Courier: For accepted orders place before Wednesday of the week, delivery on that week's Saturday or Sunday, otherwise delivery on the following week's Saturday or Sunday / $6.00

Express Courier: Next business day after order acceptance / $10.00

Bulk orders delivery: Mutually agreed specified date / Free one-time delivery. Subsequent deliveries/ re-deliveries are subject to a flat rate of $30.00 per trip.

 

We reserve all rights to update, change or replace any part of these shipping information. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Orders made on the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We try to partner with reliable carriers for most of the deliveries. We are not responsible or liable for any delay, loss or damage of any kind suffered/incurred during shipping (including any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.). Please note that delivery delays and/or missing and/or damaged parcels can occasionally occur. In such event, please contact us and we would try to assist you as much as we are able to.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes (or its equivalent)

We do not ship to P.O. boxes (or its equivalent).

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (if applicable). Most of our shipment methods allows for tracking of parcel.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

International Shipping Policy

Generally we do not ship outside of Singapore. Please do not place an order on our Website and contact us if you reside outside of Singapore.
