The average bathroom remodel takes 20 working days. At times you may have to wait an extra couple days for the glass door to be measured and installed

Walk-in tile showers take no less than 4 days, no matter the size of the shower. This is due to the waterproofing steps required on all showers. 5 days is the average time for a custom shower. Most tile showers of any size can be completed in 6 or less days.

For sure! Depending on your home’s layout, we can usually mask off all areas that could accumulate dust during the renovation process. You may have to deal with a bit of noise on the first day or two, due to the demolition of your old bathroom, but our goal is for the bathroom remodel process to be as stress-free and easy as possible. An exception would be if we are working in the only functioning bathroom.

We put up plastic barriers between our work areas and the other lived-in areas of your home. At times some dust may leak through, but it is usually minimal, and we provide a cleaning service after each project to clean this up. Also, we cover all floors that we will be walking on to ensure no damage affects your hardwood or carpet.

No, we have a fined tuned process and schedule that requires us to have complete control of any labor required for your bathroom remodel. This is part of what makes us different. Also, we are very particular about the character of our employees, and the quality of work that is performed.

At times, but seldomly, there will be some water damage that is only visible after an old shower or tub has been removed. Any repairs required will be approved by you before we handle them. Usually this only requires some new sub floor or a new supporting joist or two. Delays from this generally are only one day.

Generally, there are two delays that can occur, although seldomly. The first is when we uncover some water damage after a tub or shower has been removed. Most commonly, this will be a delay of one day, sometimes two. The other delay that is most common is with the shower glass door. This is because precise measurements are required, and these can only be taken once the tile in the shower is installed. Then after that point the glass door is ordered. These delays are on the manufacturing side, and can’t be protected against on our end completely, due to the order of steps required in a full bathroom remodel. What customers have done in this case is use a temporary shower curtain for a couple days until the glass is installed.
